Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Confirmation

When booking, please send us the Information sheet that we will provide you with all your personal information (the more details is the best).

We require a 50% deposit of the total of the trip to confirm your booking, to be done within 15 days of the date of your invoice. First deposit should be done thru a wire to an account in the USA that we will provide you.

Final Payment

Balance payment is due 90 days before your arrival. Balance should be paid in the same way (please check the account info before doing it)

Cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Here is what happens is you need to cancel your trip.

We highly recommend adding “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage to your travel insurance for maximum protection.

Please officially notify Argentina Waters via email of your cancellation.

Replacement Fee

There is no Replacement Fee at Argentina Waters. Find a suitable traveler to take your spot.

If you are unable to find a replacement, a penalty will apply (percentage of received payments) according to the timeframe when you inform Argentina Waters of your cancellation. We offer a credit—no refunds—which can be applied to rebook with Argentina Waters within 12 months from the original trip date. This credit is non-transferable.

Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

Within 30 days of the first payment of a trip booked more than 12 months in advance you can reschedule your trip without penalties.

Earlier than 180 days prior to your trip: A 35% cancellation fee applies to the payments you’ve already made. You can use the remaining balance to re-book.

Between 180 and 120 days prior to your trip: A 60% cancellation fee applies to the payments you’ve already made. You can use the remaining balance to rebook.

Between 120 and 90 days prior to your trip: A 80% cancellation fee applies to the payments you’ve already made. You can use the remaining balance to rebook.

Between 90 and 60 prior to your trip: A 50% cancellation fee applies to the payments you’ve already made, assuming the trip is fully paid. You can use the remaining balance to re-book.

Less Than 60 Days prior to your trip: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 days of your trip are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
